Have just bought a 1990 325iT which has a Serpi Start alarm/immobiliser fitter. However there are no instructions. Please can anyone help.
Thanks in advance.

Google search brings up their website. Looks like you can "join" and then download instructions and wiring diagrams.

Thanks, Brian. Have emailed them via their contact form but am told by one of their dealers that they are not very communcative. We'll see. In the meantime if anyone else has any help. But on your point, have looked again at their site and can not see a link to any downloads. Are you looking at the Gemel Serpi Star site?

That's the site, yes.
Click on "members" and sign up. PDFs of user instructions for loads of alarms.

I must be thick, Brian, or else somehow we are looking at different sites. The one I am viewing (http://www.gemel.it/home/ing/index.htm) only has:
The Company, Products, Compatible Modules, Features, Technical informations (pdf), Info form and Gamel.Sat, with no other hot-links that I can see. So is there a different site should be looking at?

Got it, Brian, thank you and have registered. The only thing is that they may have the manual for your particular item but you won't know until you have bought it and for that you have to buy credits il.e. 10 for £5.00. Different manuals cost so many credits. That seems a bit of a money spinner to me. I will ask the company whether they give money back on unused credits, but thanks again for your help, Brian.

Thanks for the OP which is the reason I found the site.
They have the user manual for one of my alarms in the free section.
