The E46 cab top mounts (for rear shocks) are an upgrade and won't do anything to help the camber problem. It's just better quality than original plus there's a reinforcing plate that helps spread the load.
It's a worthwhile mod to do though.

The rear camber problem can be corrected with either offset bushes or a camber correction kit from somewhere like Ireland Engineering in the States.

IIRC, offset bushes are E30 M3 ones that fit in place of the standard ones but can be a bit fiddly to ensure you get the angles right.

The correction kit involves welding plates on to the rear subframe and using special offset bolts that can be adjusted in-situ without removing bushes to change camber angles.

I've just received one of these kits from the States (cost me nearly £100) and will be having a go at it in the next couple of weeks.
