I've not heard of anywhere being able to do it but I know that you can get new parts from the $tealers.

I had the same problem as you mate. Bubble leather is getting very rare now.
When I was looking for bubble leather I contacted BMW parts department and asked if they could get the bubble leather by the square metre. They sent the enquiry to BMW Germany (with the vin number of my car to get and exact match). BMW Germany came back to me and said that there are no supplies left of this material and they will never be able to get any made up as the company that produced this material for them had stopped trading. After I found out that there was no bubble leather material available by the square metre I enquired if there was any bubble leather centre sections to the front seats available. The BMW dealership found that there was about 2x seat bases left and 1x seat back material available, the prices were something like £350 for 1 seat base cover and £500 for 1 seat backrest cover, but they were only listed for the black bubble leather seats and not the silver bubble leather (I have silver bubble leather in a macau blue motorsport). I wasn't sure if both seat had the same bubble leather centre and the guy at the dealership told me that if I wanted to order one of them they could not be send it back if it was wrong as it had to be sent from Germany. I didn't fancy taking a chance so I kept looking for a good second hand seat, it took me 3 years but I eventually found one in silver leather and had to pay £300 just for the one seat.

If you are seriously wanting to keep your bubble leather I would think about buying this http://www.e30zone.co.uk/modules.php?na ... ic&t=32638. (they dont come up very often, but i know Bootyman has a complete genuine motorsport Bubble leather in black and the seat centres are in excellent condition)
