couple a weeks ago the back light of the lcd display went out (the button were still luminated), the writing of the lcd bottom half diappeared and top was dim (no illumination)
today i got round to taking it appart to solder some new bulbs and what a ass of a job it is taking the obc out.
i soldered the bulbs in and went to check the lights, but found out that only the top half of the lcd was illuminated and the bottom is totally gone? not even dim?
does anybody know why this is, has it happened before to u? do i need a new obc?
