Sunroof drains - repair?

Not sure if anyone knows but:

After complaining of water in the rear foot wells, I've finally managed to check out a friends 316 today. After checking just about everything, I have spotted (by shining a torch in to the gap between the sunroof and roof lining!) that the connections to the rear drain tubes for the sunroof have rusted badly - I'm sure I can see the end of the drivers side pipe where it has come away from the roof section. I've seen these mentioned on other threads but does anyone know if this is a big job to repair?

Depends if there's enough of the tube left to glue a pipe on.
