can some1 plz tell me how you remover the backrest of the rear seat in a 2 door with out damaging it as i'm removing all my interior ready for a respray in a respectable colour instead of the vomit inducing turqouise esq pearlescent it wears at present cheers sean

Simple!

10mm bolt at the bottom on both sides,remove these,pull the bottom outwards and push the seat upwards,then lift out!

should just lift up if you push from the bottom once the bench part o the seat is removed....if i remember correctly anyway.
