Bought Autocar today with the new R-Type on front cover.

Like the 1 series and the Megane the back windows seem to be getting smaller on these modern hatches.

Very distictive design.

I bet if Jenson Button appears in a advert, they would sell to young people not the blue rinse lot.

Nope I F..ING hate them. Ugly IMO
Re the back window thing, I find it much easier to reverse my dads old style Saab 900 than my mums 3 year old 93, the rear vision is lousy. I read somthing some where that it's to do with a combination of designers not liking rear quaterlights and new crash tests dictating bigger c pillars.

If it was a Type R then yes, no question. I got a 55 plate type R now and it is an animal, so the new one should be awesome....
