Is it worth while getting injectors sonic cleaned?

Me uncle has a small ultra sonic cleaner and I was thinking about getting the injectors cleaned up for me new 2.7

If you can get it done for cheap or even better free then its definitely worth while.
Apparently it will make a little difference but from what Ive read on here they dont seem to clog up too bad which is why I didnt bother doing mine considering it normally costs a fair bit.

Yea.. If you got access to the cleaner etc then get it done, you certainly wont lose anything from getting em cleaned

but the cost to someone who cant is stupid.. and obvioulsy you got to get em out which will cost too unless you can do it yerself..

but if you can get em out yerself and get em cleaned for nout then id get em done all day long
