My E30 won't start via the key.
When trying to start the engine turns over but it doesn't start. Checked and there was no spark coming from the coil.
So replaced the coil and the problem still occurs, got a diganostics box on it which said it was the DME Relay, once we replaced the relay the car still wouldn't start.
However, when we by pass the relay the car starts for a matter of seconds, then dies. You can hear the fuel pump so i assume it's getting fuel then it just cuts out.
Do you think the DME is busted?
