My car was running at 17 Mpg for a while, changed the thermostat and have got 22.7!
This is using standard unleaded on short journeys (10 miles each, although 3.5 miles is on the motorway).
It seems that MPG is erratic to say the least for most. I intend to do a few tanks of different fuels and add them to this post to get a complete list of MPG for fuel.

When i had the chip in and drove with a heavy foot id see 18Mpg quite often on the OBC,and around 22Mpg on average.
Since putting the stock chip in,i cant get it below 20Mpg now if i tried,Chip wil be going back in though soon so il be intrested to see what it shows again..

Just as a side note for comparisons, my Motorsport always does 300 to a tank on town driving, last tank which was mostly motorway was 350 when I filled up and the OBC said I had another 60 miles left, so I rekon I could have got 400. This was all with the roof up though, which must make a difference.
My car is completely standard

all this MPG is totally dependant on condition and age of car, where you drive the car what u using the car for. If your doing in town driving specially on a 325 you wont see past 20mpg. I've averaged around 17-18mpg doing in town, on a long run however motorway i can do 27-28mpg. So it varies from car to car, not to mention tyre pressures, having your windows down, use of air con can all affect it.
