How much lower are 325i sport springs than std ones?

Need technical Q/A then you're in the right place

Hi guys, looking into lowering my car by a very small amount. Am I right in thinking that installing a set of springs from a 325i sport will lower my standard 325i by 10mm or so? Thanks, Theo.
