remove the top rubber bung at the front of the light (lower one to adjust height). unscrew the screw. pull out the light assembly (remove it by pulling the side with the screw first toward you and it will half come out as the other side is fixed in a ball socket) pull light out. disconnect the wires from back. open the screw underneath and change the bulb. put it back in reverse.

The easy way to do it is to leave the light in place, unscrew the cover at the back of the light on the bottom undo the clip and pull the old one out.

Make sure you don't touch the glass on the new bulb or it'll burn out.

Difficult to do like this as the mounting frame is in the way of the cover the bulb comes out.
Correct way, from the handbook, is as MrLEE says.
