Advice needed!

Ive been cleaning my car and Ive noticed on one of my sideskirts.....theres some hard mud that im having problems getting off. Ive used the sponge, plenty of warm water but i still cant break it away from the skirt.

Whats the best product to use to get this off without damaging the paintwork?

have you got any detaling clay?

that should get rid of it, either that or your fingernail
