hi i have got a e30 1989 motorsports the roof will not go back the motors are on and the back open up,but will not go down ! can you help cheers all

if something is out of alignment you might be about to tear the main motor out of the housing
disconnect both motors (as in the owners manual) , and put the hood back manually and VERY CAREFULLY/SLOWLY and see if you can work out what has happened (if BOTH motors really are working...)

Hello mate you havent got motors, its hydro electric.
Could be the ECU or a Microswitch. Where abouts are you.
