i have a split washer bottle on my 1991 touring but don't have headlight washers. should the 2nd (small) part of the bottle feed the headlight wash/wipe?
at the moment, one bottle feeds one end of the winscreen washer hose and the other bottle feeds the other end... kinda wierd!

The second one is for intensive wash. You put a stronger solution in there available from the dealer. If you push your stalk in you'll get the intensive wash, if you pull towards you you get normal wash.

now it all makes sense! i thought having 2 ways of washing the windows was a bit excessive but i now get it.
strong in one, weaker in the other so you can get rid of the streaks easily.
