318is suspension upgrades

Hi all,

I'm thinking of new a new suspension setup for the is. Ideally i'd like something a little harder and lower than standard. I've read BP's 318is site but want a second opinion!

What have you guys got? How much and what do you think of it?

I quite like hte std mtec myself
Would go for H&Rcup, only I'm not sure they do a 4cyl version?

My iS has H&R Cup Kit, £350. It's listed as the 325i Sport kit but will fit, the only difference is the heavier 6 cyl engine that makes the front lower, however it's hardly noticable.
