Ac into a none ac car possible

Is it possible to fit ac into a car that didnt come from factory with it using m52 engine, i have seen some aftermarket kits but am unsure if they are any good or will even fit

You'll need the heater box from a car with AC which will be the hardest part to source especially in the UK. Not sure how common AC was in europe, seems to largely have been a US thing.
