Sill trim chromie

As above, looking for a Passenger side lower sill trim for 1988 cab chromie as pictured.

Local dealer says zero stock in UK or Germany with no restock date. Mine is broken just where 2 of the clips fit meaning it needs to be attached with gobbo at those areas.

Can you not patch, plastic weld or hot staple in more plastic/fibre glass to rebuild the areas? I often had to do this in a bodyshop to repair broken bits of trim, bumpers, etc.

I'm thinking of something like this, it has a thin channel which should fit over the clips which would ordinarily be on the car first. I might attempt to attach the clips to the trim and then fit it as one item. Depends on how well I can attach the clips.
