Cluster and brake cyclinder

Hi guys,

Started my e30 after a while… cluster seems to not work at all escept for engine temperature, rest are all dead. Any idea what it could be?

Also after having all my brakes and discs etc changed i notice a air leaking sound and when i press the brake it stops. Anyone had this problem? Could it master cyclinder which ive read

Brake hiss sounds more like servo or servo hose leak
