E30 Rad Support - pre facelift vs facelift

Hello,

I'm currently in a bit of a pickle, I am trying to replace my rad support on my touring. The facelift support is NLA p/n 41131971102, I ordered a pattern panel but I am not confident in using due to the poor form quality and dimensions.
Now it looks like the pre facelift support is still available p/n 41131935805. Now other than the tow hooks, I am certain the general dimensions are the same. Could anyone confirm that the accessory mounting dimensions are the same?
