Speedometer help!!

I bought my car a few years ago. Rarely driven I last few years. Bought to do up as a project. The car is a f reg 325i convertible. Always had issue with rev counter. It used to idle on 0. Now it doesn't work at all. Been told a few days that my car is pre facelift and clocks are from a facelift model.does anyone know where I can find the correct speedo for my car. Thanks.
