Brand New throttle body coolant gasket leaking after few months

I just went for a drive at my local windy roads and came close to redline several times. The throttle body coolant gasket started squirting straight up from the engine right where the cork is. The cork gasket was already replaced by me just 3 months ago. Is there an easy way to mess up this installation? I am afraid this will happen again if I just replace it again and I want to do a proper fix, not just bypass the throttle body.
