Heater and Blower Stopped working

Heater and Blower stopped working at all settings- I can see lights dim when I try to switch in heater so looks like power is being drawn somewhere. I'm also working on my dash cluster - not sure if I've accidentally affected the wiring of the heater.

Any advice welcome. Thanks

Fan motor has probably seized. Take the motor out (don't try to do it in situ), and clean and lubricate properly, in the way I've posted on here several times.
