Wheels with 5 stud conversion

I am planning to convert my black car to 5 stud shortly and plan to use 16" Crosspokes from a 7 series as pictured below.



They are 8J x 16" H2 (not sure what the H2 bit means?!?!)

Does anyone know what offset these are and if I will need to ajust the arches etc?

Any ideas for good tyres sizes?

I think they run 235's or 245's as standard on the seven but I guess 215 or 225 would be suited to the E30.

I once knew a guy who ran 235/40/16" TSW's on his E30 (slammed to the floor)

Mine will be maybe -20mm lowered (nothing silly) as I want handling over looks.

Also saw an E30 in PBMW using these wheels the week after I bought them lol
