M62 from x5

Hi guys new to the whole swap game. Struggling to find a yes no answer but does a m62 from x5 fit with out modifying the sump and do engine mounts line up and help would be great thanks. England based so rhd car. Cheers

Not done or looked at this swap but looking at pictures on of an X5 M62 sump I would say you don't have a cat in hell's chance of putting it in an E30 without modifying the sump or subframe, most likely both.
If you can't work that one out for yourself maybe you might look at a simpler swap
or give it to someone who has done it before like DanThe.

Haha thanks. Was a spur of the moment thing and wasn't sure if it could be done. Gotta be ambitious
