Holes in rocker cover

Hi. So, you know the brackets that hold the rocker cover to manifold yeah? You know there’s 4 screws, 2 of which are long and 2 short right? Well I have put both the long bolts straight through the rocker cover, leaving 2 nice breather holes.

Yeah I actually did that, In all seriousness I’m well and truly

. So do I need a new rocker cover or can those holes be welded up?

As a temp measure you could put grub screws in to make it ok for the moment.
