morning folks, hope this is the correct section, if not mods feel free to move it.
is anyone on here running a big brake kit (front), 25mm brake M/C & clio servo?
i fitted both a 25mm M/C & clio servo (with uprated pads & discs on the rear) earlier in the year (not driven the car yet) & replaced all the fleix lines with braided steel lines & the hard lines wit kunifer & i was wondering if i would need a brake bias valve?
reason being i have read quite a few posts online about folk running a BBK, 25mm M/C & smaller (clio/mk1 golf) servo & on a few of the posts they have mentioned the above set up causes the rear brakes to lock up pretty quick.
most of the posts suggest that using a bias valve (screw or lever type) will help to alleviate this.
so, does anyone on here with a similar set up use one? bare in mind this is a "fast" road car.
i've got a screw type bias valve already.
so, any experience? thoughts??
brake bias valve help & info.
