Joking apart Outlook can sometimes do odd things with attachments especially if you are use Mac Mail, reply and ask them to call you. To be honest it sounds legit even down to the bad grammar. Nigerian scammers are a tad better versed.

Very good true, I don't need the work. The strange thing about it is, it was sent to my new business email which has nothing to with property renovation and I haven't given it to anyone except people who have bought mirrors.
Oh and I don't advertise anywhere.

There are also companies out there that will trawl the net looking for businesses to sell services to, if you have the time or are at bothered then do a search on the number name etc etc.
