Hi There,
I have a faulty Speedo and Odo. Changed batteries in SI Board, Sensor in Diff and Fuses. Speedo occasionally bursts into life and works intermittently for a few seconds and then stops - so I am guessing it is getting signal from somewhere. Checked gears in Odo and they look ok. Any help appreciated. Thanks. Albert

Could be a loose connection or cable fault from the diff sensor. I may be shot down but I would try running a temporary wire from the sensor to as far as you can get up the original wire as you can get and see if that gets the speedo working.

likely a break in the cable from the diff sensor- as mentioned by Chris.
