I’m looking to remove the carpet from my car, it’s pretty grotty and faded, and there isn’t a patch I have found so far that gives a true representation of the original indigo colour so matching could be an issue. Can anyone recommend a descent carpet dye and or colour that matches. I’m lookinb for something that is rubbed in not a spray on job.

I have but the ones I find are damaged or ripped and are still wanting £250 plus for them, being a convertible seems to make it even harder finding one. The one I have isn’t damaged just grubby and stained so il try elbow grease first and then I’ve got a bit of leeway if it doesn’t work and at least I tried.

Take the seats out and give its good vacuum then use that foam spray stuff for cleaning carpets and give it a good scrub with a short haired brush to get into the pile.

Also remember as its a convertible the carpet has seen more sun then a tin top, do you have Indigo leather seats a if you do give them a good clean and feed the leather.

Talking about Indigo leather seats, I bought a tub of Navy Blue Leather recoloring balm from Furniture Clinic, absolutely brilliant, perfectly removes all those lines and cracks, especially on the bolsters, drys quickly, no residue, lasts for ages, makes your seats look great, better than any other treatment I've tried.

The color matches really well.
