Fitting single skin fibreglass boot lid

Has anyone got any pictures or advice on fitting a single skin GRP boot lid to a standard e30? I have a couple of spare aerocatches I was hoping to use but they might not be the best type of fastener?

Used to be someone at the ACE meets who did some CF stuff, can't remember his name.

Just did a quick Google, ABS Motorsport or Geoff Steele may be able to advise maybe CF would be a better option?
