Just a little info on upgrades I have done on the engine to gain a little more power:
Programmable ECU, wideband O2 sensor, headers, M54B30 intake cam. After dyno runs and running it in, the result was 214,8 hp and 250Nm.
I have an outing this coming weekend so exiting to see how it performs. Its now running on the TPS and not the MAF sensor which can now be ditched. Makes the throttle response much better!
Costs(roughly, depends on the exchange rate)
Headers: £180
Exhaust: £350
ECU/O2 sensor/Dyno: £400
Cam: £170
It should be able to do 220-2250hp but the injectors needs to be upgraded then. 214hp was on the safe side, not running to lean and it was a nice power curve.
NA tuning is expensive I just realized....
