Can someone confirm i have done the yellow black wires behind the glovebox correct?

Also what do i do with the wires at the gearknob ?

yes, you have correctly bypassed the starter relay.
regarding the remains of the AT wiring, cut the cable with round auto gearbox connecter back to where it is spliced into body loom.
disconnect the white 2 pin connector to allow connection of the cable from your manual box.
The remaining nine pin white connector I would leave alone , just tuck up out of the way under the console.

I had it in my head i had to cut wires to connect the reverse switch for some reason. :mad:
