My brother has just bought a white 318is registration number H746JRD

Does anyone know the history of the vehicle or any previous owners

I know that it's been off the road for nearly a decade, had a lot of things wrong with it when it was taken off, and had suffered from 'shoestring' maintenance in the years before.
It's either a project, or someone's done a lot of work on it.
