FPR hose leaking

Hello!
I've got a problem with my M10 1.8i. There is a hose on the fuel pressure regulator that is cut off. One end is connected to the fuel filter and the other side is cut off and is leaking. Where is it supposed to be connected to?
What can possibly happen if I drive it like that?

it should go to a vacuum, on the intake manifold somewhere
