Engine eat oil solved oil pressure switch cracked

Hello, Friends

Check and oil come out from oil pressure switch that has crack and while engine hot it flow.

I have replaced it and oil level is now steady.

After rebuilt and break in 2000km I drive about 2000km again.

But in the process I add 750cc every 1000km, but now it become worst may be 500cc every 150km.

I don't know what cause this?

Every morning while I start the engine it produces a lot of white smoke in the exhaust but while engine warm smoke dissappear but it still very little smoke while accelerate the pedal.
Today made examination and found some of intake manifold wet of oil. I try to make compression test and the results is Cyl 1 140, Cyl 2 130, Cyl 4 130, Cyl 5 130, Cyl 6 140. But while I pour engine oil a spoon into the spark plugs hole then the compression increased to 160 from 140 and from 130 to 160.
It has increase the compression number because while I just rebuilt the Cyl 1 130, Cyl 2 120, Cyl 3 120, Cyl 4 120, Cyl 5 120, Cyl 6 130.

What is wrong? Is it because I files the piston ring gap to 0.3mm so piston ring failed or valve guide failed or valve seal failed? It also has lumpy idle about 500rpm without air conditioning and engine little shake with this low idle but above 800rpm it idle smooth.

Please help so I can fix it.
