I have myself an 1987 Mtech 1 RHD and I'm trying to upgrade my brittle radiator. It already has a small leak and I want to put in a Mishimoto or anything lifetime warranty and a trusted brand. I've asked some of my fellow E30 mates around the area and all their Radiators have the reservoir on the side. I know Mishimoto only carries E36 type, but I've heard they can fit, but silicone tubing is almost impossible to find in Germany I guess. Just wondering how much of a pain a Mishimoto radiator is to put in.

Just buy a quality brand new one, Nissens, Behr etc, if you want to upgrade then convert to tropical spec.
Mishimoto are just chinese rads with a name stamped in the side at double the regular RRP, hence the 'lifetime warranty' sales pitch. There is no such thing as a 'lifetime' radiator, 100,000 miles is a sensible time for them to be in use
