2.5 or 3.0 bar FPR?

I'm kind of confused I have Bosch 0 289 150 716 fuel injectors on my car and 2.5 FPR on rail.

But bosch said that working pressure for 716 injector is 3 bar..
And realoem said thet 2.5 bar FPR shud be used with 716..

which one is right xD

Engine is m20b20, 88, 1.3motronic.
