Power Window Question

Need to put the window up without power in pre-face e30. Is it simple as popping the plastic cap off the door card and turning whats behind it.
The window regulator is fine but wiring is removed and need to get it back up.

For those interested...

Plastic cap off, Rubber cap off. Gave the Allen Key head a turn and bobs ya uncle.
