M50b25 head question and e30 clutch question

Hello all
Firstly I have small feeling that the head gasket has gone on my m50 engine, which I will investigate at the weekend, but I was thinking if the head does have to come off is there any point in porting and polishing these heads ? Or are they pretty good as standard ?
Also I'm going to do the flywheel and clutch swap back to the e30 325 clutch and flywheel but I need the release bearing, does anyone have the part number for it ?

Porting and polishing is not really worth it on its own. You would be better upgrading the cam shaft.

Ok mate thank you for your input, is the a cam you would recommend?
