have a few on the bonnet, I guess it's the age of the paint and was wondering if these can be taken out for now.

Paint normally cracks because the paint hasnt gone off under the new paint thats been put on top if that makes any sense?!
So when the paint underneath does dry it pulls the top coat apart and cracks it.
Nothing to do but strip it off and start again.....you can flat the cracks and paint over again but it will probably just crack again.
This cracking can take weeks or years to happen.
