Hi,
I have noticed my fuel lines (the rubber pipes in the engine bay that attach to the fuel rail - in and return) are starting to perish.
I'm swapping the engine in a couple of weeks, so while I'm doing that I want to change the rubber pipes.
Can anyone tell me the size of pipe plus how many meters I will need, please? If you know a supplier too that would be a Brucie Bonus
Thank you for any help.
What size fuel lines?

8mm x 13mm. How much you need depends on what car and what engine.
Genuine BMW hose lasts longer than aftermarket stuff.

Hi Brian, thanks for coming back about the pipes.
I've got a '90 cabbie currently with a 2.0, but I am putting in a 2.5

Engine change will make no difference to the amount of pipe you need - fuel hoses for the two engines are identical for post facelift engines.

2 metres was enough for the underbonnet ones on my 2.5
