Hi all,
This light started coming on, on the overhead telltale warning system a couple of months before Christmas, so I had the coolant system flushed out and changed. However, it still continues to come on, sometimes when being driven and sometimes from start. Temp guage reading is always normal and the heater is working well, but just don't know what the problem is. It's the only warning light which comes on. Definitely no problems with the car in running, which drives as smooooth as ever.
If anybody has an idea I'd be interested in hearing from them.
Thanks all.
Tony.

mine did this

changed the temp sensor in the expansion bottle and prob solved

the wires in the sensor tend to rot and snap so you get dodgy on off connection

worth atry and nice easy fix
