Out of 6 tabs this is the only one that has had more than surface rust.

Due to location cutting out I think is difficult.

I've rubbed it down and put some rust gel on it.

Is there anything else I can do?

It's a real shame it's just this one tab.

Not sure where on the car it is pal but it has to come out, it'll spread if you don't. If in doubt, cut it out.

i'll be tipping engine oil inside mine which i expect will stop the rust dead.

Remove the felt pad and electrolysis will deal with most of that, then after thorough drying out and painting, prop the roof upside down, fill it with Waxoil and then use a heat gun to melt it into every hidden corner and seam. Drain the excess, clean where the pad fits, glue it in place and refit.

That sunroof is knackered. Nothing will stop the rust now - you can slow it down however. Start looking for another one now!

I just got it!!! Best one around, was owed it really(long story) Much better than mine but it's a shame as other 5 tabs really good and not attacked the underneath of the outer skin.
