Torque Specs

I know there is a section on the Zone wiki (and I've created an excel to convert them to Ft lbs if anyone wants it - my torque wrench doesn't show nm) BUT - I can't find the torque for M3 front struts

I need to know torque figures for:

Sway bar Linkage to Strut
Strut knuckle to strut (the 4 13mm bolts on the underside that make removing M3 struts MUCH easier).

Well, I WANT to know - FT isn't always ideal

Any help appreciated!
