So, after the pin fell out the gearshift knuckle while I was at Bedford, and I ended up making one at the fab shop there, I decided to finally get round to sorting the gearshift properly.

I am running an M52 and ZF box, so this could be why, but I came across some different looking parts and was hoping to get some help identifying what they were - pics:

These usually have a round hole for the bush - is this a normal E36 ZF box shift arm OR something else? If I order a new one, should it be the E30 325i? Or the E36 328i?

Looking at the part number I guess this is the E36 part - I have some delrin bushes to help ease up the slop, but the eccentric hole still worries me a bit.

Also these shift lever has become separated from the upper half where the knob goes, but seems to have a metal ball and a slightly longer throw than the Z3 1.9 I bought to replace

And bonus points...here's the BMW knuckle pin vs the one I made at the track. Looking forward to the shifter feel after I change this!
