it might be nothing but thought its better to find out, its ok when i pull off normally but if i put my accelerator down when pulling away in first there is a strong vibration at the rear of my car. Its not all the way through first gear but only at the end before i change into 2nd, and when i say the end iam not referring to redlining first gear but iam using more revs than everyday driving.
any help much appreaciated
P.S i dont know if its any relation or just my stupid self not tightening them up enough but the other day i was flagged down by someone who informed me that my back wheel seemed lose and when i pulled over and checked it it was extreamly lose
back end vibration

might be a camshaft/proshaft issue. have u checked the proshaft coupling? I had my one checked at a dealer, they said it was old and cracked up. that could cause a vibration.

Hmmm lets, well you will have to get the car on a lift and get her up i the air. The Propshaft looks like a large Pipe running straight down the middle. Follow this and look for leaks or cracks at the joints. My "propshaft coupling" was giving up the ghost at the back where the shaft connects to the drive shaft for the rear wheels. It would be a good idea to take the car to a professional to give it a look over too.

i know i may of sounded it with my question but im not that dumb
i just think that if you ask like you aint got a cue you get a more detailed answer
i will get her up in the air today and have a look see if i can see any leaks or cracks, im not an expert but i much prefer to give things a go myself and upto now(touch wood) ive always been able to do everything on my car that it needed doing(of course with plenty of shouting in between)
If there is any of the above mentioned dependent on where and what is wrong what am i looking at actually replacing ie will i need a new propshaft

Checking the entire propshaft isn't that easy, as most of it, especially the centre bearing, should have a big ally cover over it, with a smaller steel cover just about hiding the rear U/J.
Considering what happened to the rear wheel, I would try a new rim before getting to involved with propshafts.
