While searching out eBay the last few bits needed to have everything to restore my car, I noticed a few old genuine radios listed and was interested as mine doesn't have any radio except for a broken later replacement someone fitted along with some different speakers.
Using a VIN decoder to see the spec, my 1990 German import had ' S652 Radio Bavaria C II' fitted. There seems to be a few different styles advertised as this, so does anyone know which is correct ?
Also, what is the stock rear speaker arrangement and style for the same car ?
Thanks
Period correct M3 radio and speakers

UK supplied E30's had dealer fitted aftermarket audio usually from the likes of Blaupunkt, Pioneer or Panasonic.
European supplied E30's usually had BMW's own branded audio equipment such as the Bavaria C as originally fitted to your car.
European M3's often had the Hifi/premium audio set up of a boot mounted amp powering nokia made speakers, in the footwells, door mirror backed tweeters and housings on the rear shelf with the same size speakers and tweeted enclosed.
