RPM not working

Hi all, done with the coverting from M1.0 to M1.3 and car is running good. The only thing is the RPM is not working even i followed this step (connect pin #1 (Blk/Blu) on the C104 to pin #6 (Blk) on the ECU, the second connection to make is to connect C104 pin #3 (Wht) to ECU pin #32 (Wht/Blk), And i found out that on the ECU the pin #32 got no plug on it. Please HELP.
