Rust - advice needed

Hi Chaps,
Had a look at 325i sport for sale and has a nice history but has the following rust ... Not a complete surprise but I'd appreciate your views on what's else is likely to surface and required repairs. Any body gurus recommended ?
Scuttle rotted through on passenger corner - fine on drivers corner
All 4 arches have surface rust, inner arches appear fine
One side of sunroof sliders very rusted...when looking down on an open sunroof, looks like rusted through on one side, is this a replaceable mechanism, roof off job?
Rectangular patch of rust over rear screen, near passenger corner, 3"x1"
Seems ok underneath, battery location solid,
I know it all depends and need to see the car but from your experience, any advice appreciated.

Doesn't sound too bad except for the roof,expect to have to change the sunroof cartridge tho.
It's doable but not fun

Without pics or the price of the car, it's simply impossible to say if it's worth saving. But ANY rot n the roof skin is a worry and requires extensive further investigation. Difficult to remedy correctly.

Thanks for the replies guys, appreciate it's almost impossible without seeing it but the takeaway for me is if rust is gone beyond sunroof cartridge to roof skin it's a problem
